By creating an account or using ChatEasy AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using the service immediately.
ChatEasy AI is a unified chat platform that connects 7 communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee) with an AI-powered chatbot. We provide: • Multi-channel chat management in one place • AI Chatbot for automatic customer responses • Team management and task assignment • Analytics and reporting • Broadcast messaging system
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account • You are responsible for all activities under your account • If you notice unauthorized use, please notify us immediately • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We offer multiple service plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise • Pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page • Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider • Subscriptions auto-renew based on your billing cycle • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • AI Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal or inappropriate purposes • Send spam, fraudulent messages, or inappropriate content through the system • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems • Use AI to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content • Infringe on the intellectual property of others • Share your account with unauthorized individuals
• The ChatEasy AI platform, including code, design, logos, and all content, is our property • Data and content you upload remains your property • We will not use your data to train AI for other customers • You grant us the right to use your data solely to provide the agreed services
• We provide the service "as is" without guaranteeing it will be error-free • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss from using the service • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months • AI Chatbot may provide inaccurate responses; you should always verify important information
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
